Relaxation and Visualization for Birth at Movewell

Enjoy guided visualization in supportive restorative yoga poses. One visualization will focus on the physiological and spiritual experience of birth while the other will help you create a “special place” to bring your mind and awareness during the intensity of labor. This workshop is appropriate for all phases of pregnancy, and safe even for those whose activity has been restricted due to medical complications and concerns. Birth partners are welcome to register separately and attend with you.
