Childbirth Classes at MMBC

This is a childbirth class for expecting couples, hosted by the wonderful Sarah Torres. 

"Sarah is a Childbirth International, Center for Breastfeeding, and Bebo Mia trained doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Childbirth Educator as well as a Child Passenger Safety Technician offering support from navigating fertility to pregnancy and through the postpartum period to families in Humboldt County". 

These classes are designed as a series - by registering you are signing up for all four. The price of classes are $50 per couple. After registering, you will send Sarah payment via PayPal or Venmo. Payment is due by the first class on November 1st.

Classes will be held at Moonstone Midwives Birth Center (4677 Valley East Blvd #2, Arcata, CA)

What to expect for feeding a new human in their first year, discussing everything from breastmilk to formula to solids
